Praia da Amoreira
A sandy beach with a small river winding its way into the sea. Perfect for young children to swim and play!

An idyllic beach with old fishing houses and restaurants. Parking available right at the beach.

Praia Arrifana
A sheltered large bay with generally smaller waves, making it good for beginner surfers. However, it's a bit of a walk from the parking area.

Praia Bodeira
A wide, expansive dune beach, great for long walks, especially during low tide. In the village of Carrapeteira, you'll find restaurants and surf schools/rentals.
Praia Amado
Another expansive beach, more sheltered during north winds and popular with many surf schools.
